Goat's milk is naturally homogenized. We only use fresh goat's milk in our homemade soaps. Many goat's milk skin care products utilize powdered milk which is stable and far easier to store. However I believe the high heat used in the dehydration process changes the structure of the milk, and that using fresh goats milk produces a superior bar of soap that is better on the skin.
